Luke 19:1-10

And He (Jesus) entered and was passing through Jericho. And behold, there was a
man called by the name of Zaccheus; and he was a chief tax-gatherer, and he was
rich.

And he (Zaccheus) was trying to see who Jesus was, and he was unable because of
the crowd, for he was small in stature. And he ran on ahead and climbed up into
a sycamore tree in order to see Him, for He was about to pass through that way.

And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and said to him, "Zaccheus, hurry
and come down, for today I must stay at your house." And he hurried and came down,
and received Him gladly. And when they saw it, they all began to grumble, saying,
"He has gone to be the guest of a man who is a sinner."

And Zaccheus stopped and said to the Lord, "Behold, Lord, half of my possessions
I will give to the poor, and if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I will give
back four times as much." And Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this
house, because he, too, is a son of Abraham. For the Son of Man has come to seek
and to save that which was lost." Luke 19:1-10 (NAS)

John 17:18-26
"As Thou didst send Me (Jesus) into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified
in truth. I do not ask in behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe
in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as Thou, Father, art in
Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be in Us; that the world may believe that
Thou didst send Me.

"And the glory which Thou hast given Me I have given to them; that they may be one,
just as We are one; I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be perfected in unity,
that the world may know that Thou didst send Me, and didst love them, even as Thou
didst love Me.

"Father, I desire that they also, whom Thou hast given Me, be with Me where I am,
in order that they may behold My glory, which Thou hast given Me; for Thou didst
love Me before the foundation of the world.

"O righteous Father, although the world has not known Thee, yet I have known Thee;
and these have known that Thou didst send Me; and I have made Thy name known to
them, and will make it known; that the love wherewith Thou didst love Me may be
in them, and I in them." John 17:18-26 (NAS)
