Quick Thought:

"Blessed be the LORD, because He has heard the voice of my supplications! The LORD
is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; therefore
my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him." Psalm 28:6-7 (NKJ)

Mark 15:1-5

"And early in the morning the chief priests with the elders and scribes, and the
whole Council, immediately held a consultation; and binding Jesus, they led Him
away, and delivered Him up to Pilate."

"And Pilate questioned Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?" And answering He said
to him, "It is as you say." And the chief priests began to accuse Him harshly."

"And Pilate was questioning Him again, saying, "Do You make no answer? See how many
charges they bring against You!"

"But Jesus made no further answer; so that Pilate was amazed." Mark 15:1-5 (NAS)

John 10:17-21
"For this reason the Father loves Me, because I (Jesus) lay down My life that I
may take it again."

"No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have
authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This commandment
I received from My Father."

"There arose a division again among the Jews because of these words. And many of
them were saying, "He has a demon and is insane. Why do you listen to Him?"

"Others were saying, "These are not the sayings of one demon-possessed. A demon
cannot open the eyes of the blind, can he?" John 10:17-21 (NAS)
